Through the Domain Manager, you will also be able to order an SSL certificate for your domain name. With an SSL certificate, all the delicate info that your clients send via your website (through the order form, via a login form, etc.) will be enciphered and the submitted data will never be compromised.

To order an SSL certificate for your domain name, simply fill in the necessary info and then press the Activate button. You can get a traditional SSL certificate, which will be valid for one single host, or a wildcard SSL certificate, which will be enabled for all the hosts under your domain.

When registering a domain, you will be required to supply relevant and up–to–date domain registration information, no matter whether you’re an individual or a firm. Because of this, you will have to update your WHOIS records whenever needed. Having said that, not all Top–Level Domain extensions support this functionality by default, so first check if this option is available prior to attempting a WHOIS update.

From the Domain Manager in your Control Panel, you can change the registrant, technical and admin contact info for one or multiple domains at the same time. All the changes that you have made will be updated online right away!

With the aid of the Wildcard DNS feature, you will be able to make all your subdomains open the index page of your web site. For instance, if somebody enters smth.domain.com or any.domain.com, they will visit http://domain.com/.

You may need the Wildcard DNS option for a multisite application such as Joomla^™ Multi–Site or WordPress.

To add a wildcard domain name, proceed to the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel and click on the Add Host button located on the right. At the bottom of the list of options, you’ll see the Wildcard Domain checkbox.

The Domain Manager gives you the chance to address a particular target audience based on its location. Using our GeoIP redirection tool, you’ll be able to quickly point the visitors coming from a particular geographic location to a given section of your site that targets their needs. For instance, if you want to have a French version of your web site, you can easily create a subdomain fr.your–website.com and utilize the tool to redirect the visitors coming from France and from the French–speaking countries around the world to this sub–domain.

The GeoIP location tool offers an easy–to–work–with interface through which you can set up a redirection with a simple mouse click. There is no need to fill any code in the .htaccess file.

With our domain name forwarding tool, you’ll be able to point a domain or a sub–domain in your account to any site that you want. This tool features a simple–to–use interface, which permits you to redirect the (sub)domains of your preference with merely a few clicks. In this way, you won’t need to cope with tricky modifications to the .htaccess file.

To forward a domain name, just specify a desired destination path and our smart tool will perform everything else instead of you and will momentarily redirect the domain to the desired location.

With the Registrar Lock functionality turned on, you can be sure that your domain is defended against cyber theft. Any individual who starts an unsolicited domain name transfer will be immediately blocked and the domain name transfer request – turned down.

If, at a given point, you decide to transfer your domain to some other domain registrar, you will be able to unlock it with one click of the mouse. You’ll find the domain locking/unlocking functionality in the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel.
