Monitoring & Rebooting

Taking care of a server is a challenging task. You either need to do the job yourself , in other words devote your valuable time to keeping an eye on your server, or else you have to set up a 3rd–party solution whose only responsibility will be to watch over your VPS server. And that is exactly where our Managed Services solution can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be entered in our own custom–made monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the important services. And in case of any service problem, our sysadmins will be warned straight away and they will fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Plan definitely isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either need to use a different server or your PC, alternatively assign some third–party software. Our company offers a much simpler and easier way with our Managed Services package. We will make a complete backup copy of your VPS every single week, so you never have to be worried about permanently losing any valuable data. And we can retrieve a backup very quickly. All our backups are stored on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Plan, you have absolute freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. But, a part of the scripts are more difficult to install and may require some extra configuration on your part. This is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – this means that you can literally employ one of our trained server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software application that you need. Or have him resolve an issue that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Plans.
