A: The website migration service that we are offering is free (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your site(s) to our top–of–the–line cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that changing web hosting providers can result in lost info and undesired network downtime. That’s why we’ll do all that for you for free!We have competent administrators whose principal task is to make sure that your web site functions exactly as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on popular web apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We strive to accomplish all web site migrations ASAP. However, we don’t have a set time frame for website migrations. There are various variables that you need to consider – the sheer size of your site and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always strive to implement each migration within 48 hours. With smaller–sized sites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: Yep. We’ll need to have the name of the site that you would like us to move. We will also need a way to access your present web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

A: While we transfer your site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. As soon as the migration is finished, we’ll make certain that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your data is not jeopardized before telling you that the transfer is done. After that, we will tell you how to transfer the domain to your hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS settings.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we will not need anything. We will never touch base with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. In essence, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
